Brief & Objectives

For the restaurant menu app M9nu, our core objective centered on driving efficient user acquisition through paid social campaigns. The key metric was achieving a low cost-per-result to maximize their marketing spend and ROI.

By leveraging targeted audience builds and creative testing, we aimed to attract a steady stream of qualified prospects at an affordable cost-per-acquisition.

Challenges

Executing an effective paid user acquisition strategy for M9nu presented several key obstacles to overcome:

Budget Constraints: With an extremely limited marketing budget, we had to be judicious in how we invested ad spend to generate a positive return.

Narrow Targeting: M9nu's product catered to a very niche audience of restaurant owners/operators. Identifying and reaching this specialized target group through paid channels required precise audience building.

Website Optimization: M9nu's website was not initially optimized for converting paid traffic into users. User experience issues risked hampering our acquisition efforts.

In parallel, we worked closely with M9nu to analyze and refine the post- click user experience on their website. This extended our growth efforts beyond just paid channels to maximize conversion rates for the qualified traffic we drove.

Results
